Accommodation is available for hire

Rooms are available for hire at the following rates for each session of up to 4 hours (e.g. morning, afternoon, or evening)
Rates effective from September 2007.

No additional charge is made for preparing drinks or light refreshments in the Kitchen, Coffee Bar or Kitchenette.
The Kitchen provides catering facilities for approximately 100/120 people

Additional Facilities that can be provided:
Grand piano (sanctuary) £60 max*
Organ (sanctuary) £60 max*
Tuning above - at extra cost.
*Extra to Sanctuary costs for concerts
Sound amplification in the sanctuary, Hall or Room 1 (subject to availability of an operator) - £25
Video player £10
Flip Chart and paper £5
O/H projector and screen £8
Rearrange Sanctuary £60/30

Hire of crockery, cutlery etc - donation.
Use of extra staging - by arrangement.

Booking requests can only be accepted on a completed Application Form.
However, enquires on the availability of rooms and provisional bookings ( to be confirmed within one month) may be made by email, telephone or by visiting the Office.
A 5% discount is offered for payment received with a completed booking form.
