DISABILITY FACILITIES
The Salisbury Methodist Church welcomes
all people.
We try to ensure, as far as we are able, that worship and all other
activities are accessible to all.
Ground Floor
Access & Toilets
Front Entrance: Two gentle ramps either side of
the main doors.
Rear Entrance: Gentle ramp leading from small car park into the rear entrance.
Ground Floor: The floor throughout the ground floor is on one level only with no
steps or surface discontinuities affecting wheelchair mobility.
There is a disabled toilet to the right on entering the front door and another
disabled toilet at the rear.
Audio
There is an audio loop in the main church
(sanctuary), in the hall and in Room 1.
Tapes of the Sunday morning service are provided for people who cannot get to
church or have been unable to attend.
Visual
Large print copies of hymns are provided at our Sunday morning worship
Upstairs
Access to the upstairs rooms is via a staircase
only.
All meetings are held downstairs if someone with a disability wishes to attend
and who cannot manage the stairs.
